Gavena Amburana cachaça is aged for 1 year in first-use Amburana barrels. The characteristic linked to its flavor is a slightly sweet taste, due to the characteristic floral background of this wood, with an aromatic touch of vanilla. Amburana lowers the acidity of the distillate and reduces the alcoholic sensation, making it as smooth as satin. As for the color, it gives it a very light yellowish tone, but still very showy.
